The Privacy Policy of the website is clearly detailed out in the separate section called Privacy Policy. Do review the privacy policy to the utmost detail as it governs the visit to our site.

Membership Eligibility

As per Indians Contracts act of 1872, minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the Castle of KidBooks website and shall not transact on or use the website. If Castle of KidBooks identifies any such accounts, We reserve the rights to terminate the account without notice.

Product Price and Payments

The prices of the products are as per the price mentioned in the website. If there are any discounts, those are explicitly mentioned in the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products without any prior notice. The shipping cost is added when You close the cart.

The payment should be done through the website’s payment gateway. We accept payments through debit card or credit card or any other electronic mode of payment. We do not have Cash on Delivery payment mode. We do not accept credit or payment by cash.

Shipping and Handling Policy

The shipping is done by Castle of KidBooks. The shipping charges are standard up to 2 kgs of shipment and the charge will be calculated on weight basis beyond 2 kgs.

The products are packaged to make sure that there is no damage to the product during transit. However, the shipping is done by a third party. So Castle of KidBooks will not take responsibilities for any damage that happens to the shipment during transit or handling of the shipment by the shipping providers.

Methods of Electronic Communication

As you visit our site or send any emails to use, you actually are communicating electronically. With this communication you give the consent for receiving communication from our end electronically. We can post notices to our website or communicate with your directly through mail. You will have to agree that all the notices and any other forms of communications that are provided by us electronically completely satisfy any kinds of legal necessities and such communications are in writing terms.

Refunds Policy

If you cancel any order after completing the payment for the product but before We ship, We will charge the stocking fee that is 10% of the value of order. We will make the refund after the deduction is made of the restocking fee that is applicable within 10 working days. The Quality of the product will be ensured before Shipping. We will accept the products if only they are damaged in the Shipping.Also, You must make sure the damage report is done 24 hours from the receipt of the product along with a video for us to initiate the refund.

Returns Policy

Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action by which the item purchased by You is returned to Castle of KidBooks on the bookchor website. Castle of KidBooks allows only replacement if and only if replacement copy will be available in stock

Return Process

1. You are asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

· Book was torn

· Book(s) were missing

· Wrong book sent

2. An intimation shall be provided to Castle of KidBooks seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the return/replacement request.

3. If We accept the return / replacement request, You can ship the required book to the Us via courier/India Post to the address proposed by the customer executive. Only after return of the book, We shall be obliged to provide the replacement book to You. In case of return, We can provide the refund to You.

For return, the courier charges shall be borne by the Castle of KidBooks.

Policy of Change and Cancellation

If there is a change in quantity or addition of items or if specific changes have been accepted, we can modify the details of the orders before the shipping is done. Post shipping, any changes will be considered as a new order only.

Your Account and Registration Obligations

As a member of the website, You shall be responsible for all activities/posts/comments/likes that occur under your Display Name and Password. This page strictly prohibits any discussions that provokes hate towards a particular community, language, religion, gender etc.

Quality Check

We follow a stringent Quality Control process at the time of buying the stock. The books are handpicked and the buying team makes sure that there is a limit to no damages in the stock.

Before dispatch of the books, the dispatch team makes a stringent quality check. Only products that are passing the QC are dispatched to the customer. If we find books that have damages before dispatch, We will inform You about the same through all means of electronic communication. Based on your response, the books will either be shipped or the order will be canceled and refund will be initiated from Our end.

Warranty of the Product

We do not provide warranty for the books or products that are sold on the website. We sell preloved books that pass through thorough QC processes. But once the books are purchased, there is no warranty provided by Castle of KidBooks on the product.

Description of the Product

Every product posted on the page has a description that defines and describes the product. The description covers the product, quality and type of the product. The operations team will try to be as accurate as possible about the description. However , there is a possibility that the description might not be completely accurate to the product.

The Law and Jurisdiction

The above mentioned terms and conditions will be in use in accordance with the Indian laws. If there is a matter of dispute to the terms and conditions of the website, the place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively the courts in Chennai.

Access to Website

No reproduction: The website cannot be reproduced or duplicated or exploited for commercial purpose without the written consent of the site.

No framing: You cannot frame or utilize any technology of framing for enclosing trademarks, logos or other information on the site. You will require a written consent for that.

Use of Metatags: You are not permitted to use metatags or hidden texts for utilizing the name or the trademark of the company without any written consent. If you use it, you will be terminated from the permission of licenses that are granted by the company.

Charges

There is no membership fee for the subscribers or customers . Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website.

Use of the Website

The Website is also a platform that Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions. Castle of KidBooks is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Website's Users.You agree, undertake and confirm that Your use of Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
